If you’ve ever seen a custom Airstream, you know how mesmerizing they can be. With a personalized touch, these classic trailers can turn into one-of-a-kind homes that money can’t buy. And if you add a dash of color like this 1976 customized Airstream, you can turn a regular RV into a retro-masterpiece-on-wheels. Check out this brilliant transformation:
Created by Jay Pennington (also known as DJ Rusty Lazer) and his girlfriend Jami Girourad, it was originally purchased as a 1976 Airstream and renovated into this vibrant home.
If you look down the hall, you can see the bathroom at the very end and all of their quirky decor. The vibe may not be your usual demur earth tones, but it’s still remarkably charming.
Around this corner, you can find privacy in their small, but comfortable bathroom with awesome vintage posters pinned by the mirror.
One-of-a-kind art (created by the owners) lines the walls, and definitely pops out in style. With unique patterned sheets, pillows and curtains, this relaxing scene comes together quite nicely.
How could this kitchen area not brighten you up just a little bit? With the warm, sunny shade of orange dominating the room, it seems like the best place to wander into in the mornings for a cup of coffee. If you look closely, they even have an adorable owl lamp on the counter to help illuminate the space.
With a clawfoot bath tub like this, you’d be able to relax in a soak every evening to melt all of your stress away. It certainly adds to the whole vintage style of the trailer.
Here’s their festively decorated bedroom! The walls, blankets and pillows features all kinds of dazzling shapes and patterns to create a cozy setting.
What do you think? Isn’t this colorful Airstream amazing?
