What’s aqua with red, pink, and yellow accents? Answer: This custom Yosemite model from Valley View Tiny House Company! Standing out from the crowd isn’t the only attractive point of this open concept tiny house.
With a bed on the first floor, you won’t have to crawl up steep stairs to reach a lofted sleeping area.
The company describes the house,
This customized version of The Yosemite features an open floor plan with a single loft. The main living area is flanked by windows providing views all around, gleaming bamboo floors, reclaimed wood walls, a rusted tin ceiling, and beautiful lighting. The outside screams “I’m ready for the coastal life” while the inside offers a bright, airy setting.
Some of the features of the general Yosemite model include:
- bead-board paneling
- shatter-proof tempered glass windows just like in a real home
- 19 gallon water heater
- composite sink
- recessed kitchen shelving for your canned goods and other cooking essentials
This special Yosemite open concept tiny house has a bed on the first floor.
With 140 square feet of the total 180 square feet of living space found on the first floor, you won’t have to make frequent trips up a ladder. Convenience and space-maximization drove the designers to include a fold-down Murphy bed in the main living area that’s housed in a custom cabinet system.
Tempered glass windows allow great views all around and bring in plenty of natural light.
