Constructed in-factory by a team of custom fabricators for under $65,000 over ten years ago, this tiny house offers simple living with extraordinary views.
While less than 400 square feet, the weeHouse comes with IKEA furniture custom fit to the space, a full kitchen, and huge Anderson windows.
Because most of the construction was done at the factory, the installation of the house on the Minnesota prairie didn’t take long at all.
Here’s some more pictures of the interior of the Arada weeHouse:

The original weeHouse was designed and built for a violinist in the Minnesota Orchestra. It sits on private land overlooking prairie.

A wood burning stove provides highly efficient heat in open spaces. They’re often used in barn houses and timber frame construction.

The bed is neatly tucked away in one corner of the house, with great views of the surrounding prairie.
The weeHouse Design Process
Each weeHouse is designed for a specific site and customer.
The design process usually takes between three and four months, and you can be in your new weeHouse about a year after you start the process.
You can even have your weeHouse designed to withstand high winds, large amounts of snow, and earthquakes.
Sizes Offered
Alchemy offers several types of small houses, ranging in size from 300 square feet to 2,400 square feet. Transportation restrictions limit the size of a single module. But you can mix and match modules to create the perfect structure for you.
